We hope you are satisfied with your order. However, it can also happen that the piece of jewelery does not suit your taste and you would like to exchange the product. In this case, we would ask you to choose a different product in our online shop and to inform us of your exchange and the desired replacement product by e-mail to email@example.com within 14 days.
If you want to return the item without exchanging it, you can simply return the item you have ordered within 14 days.
An exchange or a return is only valid for unworn and flawless articles that are originally provided with the security label.
Together with the sent return form, please send the goods back to us in their original packaging with all accessories and packaging components.
Please keep the receipt from the post office until we have received your return.
- Please note that products from our sale range cannot be exchanged or returned.
- Please note that you have to bear the shipping costs for exchange or return packages.
After we have received the return, we will inform you by email about the credit to be refunded. Please note:
- The refund will be made in the same form of payment method and to the same addressee as for the purchase.
- If the return was bought with a voucher, a new voucher will be issued.
- The repayment will be made immediately after receipt of the goods, but the time depends on the respective payment method and can take up to 14 days.
